The first stage of building a team is when an agent is overwhelmed by the amount of leads that are coming in, the amount of contracts and volume and the amount of administrative tasks created by that volume (usually happens at level 2).

Most agents at this level tend to make the mistake of hiring another agent, a buyer agent, to "help them carry the load", but that is a mistake!


The first step in building a team is to hire an administrative assistant and not to hire a buyer agent.
